Two Tribosonics Apprentices shortlisted for Make UK Apprentice of the Year Awards

Two of our ‘Future Leaders’ have been shortlisted as ‘Apprentice of the Year’ in their own specialism categories at this year’s Make UK Awards.

The event takes place on Thursday 19th October at the Radisson Blu hotel in Durham and is designed to recognise those who have done the most to seize the training and development opportunities presented to them so far.

Apprentice Design Engineer, Joe Burns, and Commercial Apprentice, Luke Dawson, have managed to fight off some stiff competition to be shortlisted for Engineering Apprentice of the Year Award – Final Year and Business Apprentice of the Year – Rising Star respectively.

Philippa Takhar, Director of Operations said ‘We couldn’t be more proud of Joe and Luke’s achievements. They have made a significant contribution to our business and are more than deserving of these awards. But whatever the final outcome next week, they will always be stars to us. We are very confident in saying that they both have a very bright career ahead of them.’

Good luck to Joe and Luke, all the team have their fingers crossed for you! 🤞

Check out why we think Joe and Luke are winners in the following videos.
