A Spotlight on Dr. Habiba Lais and Megan Jenkinson-Garner

Women make up just 16.5% of all engineers. The movement toward creating diversity in the industry is certainly improving. It has increased from 10.5% in 2010, but there is still work to be done to encourage more diversity in the sector.

If this has inspired you to want to know more about engineering or if you want to know more about Habiba and Megan‘s journeys as female engineers, connect with them on Linkedin today.
