Glenn Fletcher


A Yorkshireman born-and-bred, but with extensive knowledge of living and working across the world. Glenn uses his considerable IP commercialisation and ecosystem-building experience to lead the development of Tribosonics’ long-term scale-up strategy.

A Chartered Accountant (PwC) by profession and an experienced C-Suite operator in global corporates in the chemicals, fibres, materials and manufacturing sectors.

Glenn has extensive experience in combined executive/investor roles, and has founded, built and created value for a number of Venture Capital-backed companies since 2006.

Dr. Phil Harper

Founder & CTO

Phil is an experienced hard-tech Chief Technology Officer with extensive strategic, commercial, innovation and product leadership experience.

Phil uses his passion and deep experience in commercialisation, innovation strategy, mechanical design, electronic systems, transducers, measurement science, product development and product compliance, to lead the Tribosonics team to solve intractable measurement challenges through challenging the status-quo and thinking differently about problems to come up with unique, significant value-add, scalable solutions. He is a Chartered Engineer, a holder of the Royal Academy of Engineering ERA Foundation Award and the IET’s Sir Henry Royce Gold Medal. Phil holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Tribology and Ultrasonics from the University of Sheffield.

Mark Wallace


With oversight of Tribosonics’ entire operational infrastructure, Mark is focused on driving the company’s scale-up strategy through building a culture of operational excellence.

A Chartered Engineer, Mark was one of the youngest Fellows appointed by the IMechE and is the winner of several Engineering awards including a Royal Academy of Engineering Medal.

Mark holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield, which included a year spent studying at the INSA de Lyon, in France.

Christina King


Christina is an award-winning senior executive with over 17 years’ experience in project engineering, strategic and operational leadership and income generation.

Specialist sector knowledge in sport, health technology and engineering credentials which span multinational commercial, governmental and third sector organisations.

Christina is supporting the business in its ambitious scale-up vision by establishing and growing partnerships to enable transformative innovation.

Janet Pryke


Janet Pryke is a commercially focused CFO with extensive experience working in high growth environments.

She has excellent cash management skills, business systems integration experience and has a great track record of generating growth funding.

With over 30 years’ working in senior finance roles in both SMEs and PLCs, across a variety of sectors, Janet’s breadth of knowledge and experience will be an asset to Tribosonics as their newly appointed CFO.

Sarah Sandle


Sarah is a senior executive in a global FTSE 100 company with extensive strategy, business transformation, operations and programme management experience.

She is a respected and resourceful professional with a passion for translating strategy into agile yet structured execution.

Sarah brings her knowledge, experience and passion of many years within the aerospace and industrial power arenas to help support and guide the Tribosonics executive team as they navigate the challenges that lie ahead.
